The 3 -day diet down 5 kg is still carried out by teenagers because of the fast process and significant weight loss. Military diet also essentially has shortcomings as well, some of them are as follows.

1. Lack of food fiber
This diet may not meet the recommended daily fiber intake. Fiber food is important in reducing the risk of diabetes and coronary heart disease in the long run. In the short term, a lack of food fiber in a military diet can cause constipation.

2. Lack of nutrition
This diet also causes insufficient nutritional intake. For example, non-tepal vegetables such as spinach, brussel cabbage, and water spinach are recommended as part of a balanced diet. Eating these foods is considered to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. However, this type of vegetable is not recommended in the military. You might go on this diet and experience malnutrition.

3. Gallstones
Moms who lose weight quickly like a military diet are at risk of developing gallstones. Gallstones are materials such as gravel which usually consist of cholesterol formed in the gallbladder. If a large amount of body weight disappears in a short time, the liver can release additional cholesterol into the bile and cause problems with emptying the gallbladder. In serious cases, gallstones can cause secondary abdominal pain due to blockage of the bile duct.

If this diet is carried out in the long run, it is feared that it can cause malnutrition in the body and trigger other health problems.
